Yes! As long as the redemption code hasn't been used, we can add it back into your account. Send us an email at service@stellacarakasi.com including the redemption code and the email address of your account.
I have two Style Rewards accounts, but I only want one, can I merge them?
Yes! Send us an email at service@stellacarakasi.com. Please include both email addresses and let us know which one you want as your primary account.
Can I use Style Rewards with other discounts or sales?
No, unforuntately you cannot combine Style Rewards with another discount code. This includes any sales available on our site as well as Style Reward redemption codes. If you try to use two discount codes on the same order, one will replace the other.
